Role Description :
Senior technical resource to review code, suggest optimizations and changes to design for an existing Sales Cloud platform
An excellent understanding of Salesforce.com's capabilities and limitations. Ability to communicate those to customers as a trusted technology partner.
Use your experience and knowledge of Salesforce.com Sales Cloud and customer support operations/functions to drive improvements in systems and business processes.
Experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Consultant for a global organization, or direct consulting expertise in leading business transformation projects.
Excellent understanding of Customer Service processes (i.e, case milestone, escalation , entitle management, follow the sun support model etc., and knowledge support best practices.
Experience with Salesforce.com configuration and familiarity with Salesforce.com custom development of a customer's End to End processes.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Proven experience with gap analysis, bench-marking, trending, and root cause/s analysis
Experience in several end-to-end Salesforce implementations of Sales Cloud, customer communities ( Forums, Ideas, case deflection strategies, etc.), Knowledge Base, and their ongoing maintenance
Experience with SFDC 3rd Party App Integration (App Exchange), Federated search mechanism
Salesforce lightning experience preferred
Data Migration, Data Cleansing, Data integrity, and enforcement expertise
Experience with AGILE and Waterfall methodologies

As a Data Engineer, resource will serve as the primary point of contact for customers. He will be interacting with the client and gathering business requirements. He will then analyze these requirements and prepare High Level Technical Architecture and Component level architecture.
This will include data pipelines, software design platforms and methodologies including Big Data, ETL Framework, Data model architecture and using AWS services.
Resource will also be responsible to create a task list and plan that will allow the development team members to deliver the software solution.
As part of his role, the resource will be required to gather customer requirements, analyze them, build high level architecture diagrams, build project plans and then subsequently ensure that his team delivers per the architecture and plans outlined by him. He will need to be hands-on and technical in being able to assist the team and also troubleshoot and fix in case the delivery from his team does not fit the customer’s specifications.
This will need expertise in various technical languages like Python, Java and Databases like Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server and ETL tools like Informatica Power Centre, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Cloud services like AWS, Azure, Big Data solutions like Hadoop, Spark. The position requires a candidate who has grown up on programming and has developed a senior technical person level expertise as the position requires a lot of guidance and sometimes hands-on troubleshooting of these technical platforms.
Tools to be used:
For the position, the resource will be required to use tools including Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, Microsoft Visio, Erwin Data Modeler.
