Offered by Kakudi Inc., a premier technology partner of Salesforce and Google, this summer internship introduces high school students to the practical use of AI agents in small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and nonprofits. Participants will explore how tools like Salesforce Agentforce and Google AI Agents are revolutionizing operations, customer engagement, and social impact.
Class 1: Introduction to AI Agents
Overview of AI’s role in business and social good; intro to Google Agent and Salesforce Agentforce.
Class 2: Challenges & Opportunities for SMBs and Nonprofits
Understand common constraints faced by nonprofits and SMBs—and how AI enables them to scale efficiently.
Class 3: Salesforce Agentforce Deep Dive
Learn how Agentforce automates donor/customer engagement, volunteer/client management, and reporting.
Class 4: Google Agent Tools
Hands-on session using Google AI tools for chatbots, automation, and predictive modeling.
Class 5: Customer, Donor & Volunteer Engagement
Use AI to drive personalized communication, automate follow-ups, and manage scheduling.
Class 6: Operations & Impact Reporting

This internship is designed for Master’s students who want to apply their skills in AI, analytics, operations, and product strategy to real-world use cases. As an intern, you’ll work on client-facing challenges for SMBs and nonprofits while also contributing to Kakudi Inc.’s revenue-generating platforms, such as AI-powered Event Platforms and Voice Assistants.
Interns receive ongoing mentorship and have the opportunity to earn performance-based compensation linked to product success and revenue impact.
